This policy explains how we ship orders and how returns and refunds are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time & Destinations
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email where available.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
Because our products are cosmetic items applied to the skin, we accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +1 586 248 1681 with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable except where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed (for hygiene and safety reasons);
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Items not in their original condition or packaging.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
